At the hotel, they gave us o room without window. The room was on the basement floor. My wife suffer from claustrophobia and was unable to stay in the room. We contacted the local manager and asked for a room change. He claimd that the hotel is fully booked. When we explained to him that we could not stay in this room and asked him to make an effort to find a solution, no effort was made. We were forced to take a room in another hotel. The hotel manager did not agree to refund our money off 220 and we paid 280 in the another hotel. We were very offended by the treatment we received.

It was as close to Waterloo station

− My room was very small, I did expect it to be small from reading the reviews so it wasn’t much of a surprise but clean and comfortable.

− l'indécence de proposer un tel cagibi (4-5m²), zéro rangements, cabine douche minuscule bloquant tout mouvement, collée au bloc WC ça ne devrait pas exister, c'est honteux, même si c'est Londres...(et pas de petit déjeuner) je suis partie un jour plus tôt, sans avoir de remboursement.. à éviter à tout prix ! merci quand même au team pour leur disponibilité !

Luggage Storage is available at a charge of £3 per bag pre check in and after check out. Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collected before midnight. Early check-in is available from 12pm instead of 3pm for £15 and late check out is available at 2pm instead of 11am is at an additional fee of £25. Subject to availability. For bookings of more than 9 rooms, please contact the hotel directly to discuss availability and arrangements. Note on housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned daily including towels changed. Room linen is changed after 3 nights. If you require anything in addition to this, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

To enhance our guest experience and add breakfast offering at the property, we are extending our public areas from Monday 29 June, with works taking place Monday to Saturday between 07:30 and 18:00 and any noisy works limited to 09:00 - 17:00; no noisy works will take place on Sundays.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
