Not accessible, key didn't work, rooms smelled like dogs

− I booked an accessible room, when I got there I was told that the lift wasn't working and the room was on the 3rd floor. The lift had been broken for some time with no timeline to fix it. This is grossly inconsiderate to people with access needs Also the room smelled like dogs The shower assist seat didn't fold up The keycard didn't work outside at night I contacted the site to discuss and I got a cookie cutter 'were sorry you feel that way' response. I replied to talk to them about it and what would be done to fix the left or make accessible rooms unavailable until it's fixed & they ignored me
