Location is great but that’s it

This hotel is in a great location as the town center is right outside the door. The room I stayed in was from the 1950s. Floor was dirty, cobwebs on the walls, pictures on walls were water stained, beds were very hard and so old. They must have hired a brilliant photographer because the rooms look nothing like their online photos. They did have a beautiful garden area lit up with plenty of tables to sit at. I was with a group of people and nobody could believe this was a four star hotel. I don’t even know if it deserves 1 star. I just felt gross after spending the night here.

It was terrible and the walls were paper thin,I could hear everything,the bidet was full of pubic hair and it had a terrible smell,the shower barely worked and the servers were rude,people were knocking on Doors and screaming,it smelt although the hotel and I couldn’t bear it,the food was appalling and i could barely eat it without gagging,not impressed

A brilliant stay

I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but We stayed in room 106 the hotel is a traditional Italian hotel Rooms are basic but all that you need The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice And for 50 euros you can have a 3 course meal in the evening The bar prices are very reasonable And the staff are very helpful A big shout out to the lady who cleans the rooms fresh towels are put out everyday As the hotel is on the main road ... there is traffic noise .. but that's expected But I have got to say we have had a brilliant stay and well worth the money we paid If you are touring in the area this hotel is the ideal place to stay Thank you to the hotel ascot staff If we return to sorrento we would definitely stay at this hotel again

Brilliant Hotel

We stayed for two weeks in August and it was fabulous. The staff were great and Rachel, one of the sisters was so lovely and helpful. The rooms were just what we needed and very clean and tidy, great pool and the food was lovely. A brilliant family run hotel, would go again in a pinch...

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel! Our Air B and B cancelled on us at the last minute so we pleasantly found this gem! Close to everything! A+ all around!

Can tell hotel is a little older but our room was very clean. Mattresses were worn and could use replacing but other than that, hotel was in a good location. Great assortment for breakfast.
