6.01. Common areas i.e. corridor and lifts, smelt musty and stale. 2. Bathroom (especially shower stall) was grimy. 3. There was no bottled water in the room. 4. There was no shaving kit. 5. It was noisy till late at night. 6. Staff could be more helpful. 7. There were flies buzzing around the breakfast buffet. The food was not covered at all times so this presents a hygiene issue.

6.0The room was clean. Staff was prompt when called. A lot a local activity outside the hotel doors. The room was very basic, no where near as elaborate as the advertisement photo. There was a leak under the bathroom sink.

8.0The hotel is great place to stay on Jalan Alor which is a street full of open air restaurants and stalls.Staff are helpful rooms are clean but the hotel restaurant and staff there need plenty of improvement
