Okay but would not stay again. Almost like they spent all the money on the lobby etc and ran out of budget for rooms

− The beds, got a double bed but it was 2 singles together which were uneven in height. The fridge did not work and smelled when opened. Our bed sheets had a mysterious stain near pillows, the windows did not open screwed shut. Shower wasn’t the best, bathroom was dirty when we checked in

7.0I really liked the location of the hotel. It was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around simple and enjoyable. The central position made it a great base for exploring Phuket.
− There were a few aspects that could be improved. The beds were not very comfortable, which affected the overall quality of sleep. The breakfast selection felt quite limited and could benefit from more variety. The hotel itself seems a bit outdated in certain areas. Additionally, it’s a shame that the rooftop restaurant isn’t better promoted, as it has great potential and could really be a highlight of the property.

7.0Good location in Phuket, calm and with Easy access, the staff was very welcoming, breakfast was tasty.
− The hotel has seen better days, some things felt a bit old. The shower drain was blocked, so the bathroom would get flooded all the time, We informed the staff but not much was done, and after one day it was the same, hopefully this was fixed, because we told them again upon check out that this should be looked into.
