Prime location, accessible by foot and tram, with many stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff was nice. I was greeted by somebody who escorted me to my floor and told me which door was mine. He also recommended dining places nearby. On another occasion, a different staff member took note of items that were missing in my kitchen and arranged for them to arrive in my room later that day. Room cleaning brought fresh towels and made the bed almost every day. They left me some fruit in the basket and a bottle of wine.

− Small size: This is not apartment by any stretch. It is a non-claustrophobic hotel room (#2005). The room is small. Pictures are misleading, as they depict other larger rooms. It was single space of ~24 sqm which included the bed, the couch, the closet, the kitchen, and the table. Behind a door you find the bathroom and shower. Noise and lack of coziness: I paid extra to get an apartment, but the experience was that of a hotel room. Two of the walls are glass, facing the street and a porch where other guests smoke. Everything can be covered with curtains, but you still don't feel cozy. The main window-wall faces the street, which can get noisy. I had to sleep with earplugs. The other wall is shared with the corridor, so you hear people passing by, and every time somebody uses the corridor door, the room door shudders. Shower fixtures leak: Both the overhead and the handheld shower heads leak, spraying water. The shower doors have no rubber lining, so water escapes to the floor outside, which has no drain. To dry it, you just have to rely on towels and time. Cleanliness: There are smear marks on walls, frames and furniture. There were two wine glasses on the coffee table, both dirty with some wine leftovers in them. Lastly, there isn't single hook or rack in the whole room. Towels, coats, hats would all use something to be hung on. Not just the radiator and the chairs, but a hand towel hook, a coat rack, something near the door, over the bed, etc.

Good location but very confusing otherwise.

Location is good.

− In room 2005 big windows/doors next to the bed didn’t close at all. The night was cold and windy so in the room was 14 degrees. The wind pushed the windows open constantly. I informed the staff about it when I arrived but they didn’t do anything about it. Next morning I told that you cannot accommodate anyone there before you repair the windows.

As acomodações atenderam bem minha família, e a estrutura da cozinha foi ótima para conseguirmos realizar refeições em casa. Outro diferencial foi a localização, muito boa. Por fim, os funcionários foram muito atenciosos superando minhas expectativas.

− A limpeza deixou a desejar, chão sujo. Além disso o quarto ficou um pouco querendo com o berço para minha filha pequena, mas atendeu a necessidade.
