10.0Ausblick auf der Terrasse und dem Balkon.
Ein schönes Hotel mit einem fantastischen Frühstück mit minimalistischer Nachmittags-Jause.
8.0Das Zimmer war schon früher bereit als erwartet, sodass wir es direkt beziehen konnten. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch der Balkon war sehr groß und die Betten wirklich bequem. Die Getränke auf der schönen Terrasse waren gut, hatten aber auch ihren Preis – dafür war die Auswahl jedoch sehr umfangreich. Das Abendessen als 3-Gänge-Menü war absolut in Ordnung, ergänzt durch ein reichhaltiges Salatbuffet. Unser Highlight war aber das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück mit einer sehr leckeren Auswahl an frischem Brot.
− Das Personal wirkte bei den Abläufen teilweise noch nicht ganz routiniert, was leider für einige zusätzliche Nachfragen gesorgt hat. Statt einer kostenlosen Wasserflasche als Willkommens-Geste standen auf dem Zimmer lediglich leere Gläser mit dem Hinweis, dass Wasser gekauft werden kann - das kann man besser machen. Auch die angepriesene Nachmittags-Jause empfanden wir als sehr minimalistisch: Es gab lediglich 4-5 Stücke Kuchen, dazu etwas trockenes Brot oder gemischten Salat. Hier waren unsere Erwartungen eindeutig höher.

10.0This is a very nice hotel. Easy to find and get to. The hotel restaurant was resonable, and the food excellent. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, with a private outside sitting area with a spectacular view of the Zugspitze. The bed was very comfortable. This was my seci d time staying here, and I highly recommend.
