− Breakfast quite limited in variety of food. really poor on vegetables. Omelette or fried eggs had to be paid extra, only scrambled eggs part of the buffet. This is far below the usual standard in Austria.

Das Hotel liegt in einer schönenGegend und es ist nicht sehr weit zum Lift. Das Abendessen ist recht gut.

− Der Ton mit den Gästen kann sehr ruppig sein und es gibt recht viele Regeln. Die 3 Sterne werden gerade so erfüllt. Das Frühstück ist eher klein gehalten und recht schnell langweilig. Für einen aktiven Start in den Tag auch eher ungeeignet. Der Übernachtungspreis ist recht günstig, dafür bietet das Hotel aber auch nicht sehr viel. Bademantel und Safe kosten extra. Es gibt echte Schlüssel für die Zimmer, die teilweise unbeaufsichtigt in der Rezeption hängen und für jeden zugänglich sind. Der Skikeller ist nicht gesichert oder kameraüberwacht. Der Pool ist sehr klein. Eine Person kan darin knapp schwimmen. Die Gegenstromanlage funktioniert, aber sie strömt nur 1 min und ist zu weit nach unten gerichtet. Die Sauna ist erst ab 16.00 Uhr geöffnet und ist zu klein. Es wird dort ein Thermobehälter mit Wasser angeboten um sich einen Tee zu kochen, das Wasser ist aber bei Raumtemperatur und Tee kochen so nicht möglich. Wenn das Wasser dort langsam stehend abkühlt, besteht sogar ein ernsthaftes Hygieneproblem. Man kennt Österreicheigentlich anders.

Lovely five course dinners with a reasonable choice each day of two mains and one main veggie option. Dinner starts with a self service salad buffet which is excellent, followed by a small starter and then a soup course followed by a pudding. Presentation of the food was first class, and helpings of most courses not too big, which was good. Lovely spa with great views from the relaxation areas. The bean bag couches are really comfortable after a long day skiing. The hotel is well situated near some ski-lifts. The staff were excellent - friendly, attentive and efficient. Second time we have stayed there. Not the best if you like a varied cooked breakfast; but this is Austria, and there is a very good self-service continental breakfast with a wide variety of cereals, breads, cakes, cold meats, fruit, yoghurt, toast/breads toppings etc. available. Would be nice if they had more ground pepper mills for the tables for those that prefer freshly ground pepper. Also no coffee machine in the rooms. However these are minor things as overall this is a great hotel with great staff, good food, spa and location. It also has the feel of a family run hotel and not some impersonal chain-type hotel.

Die Lage, der Blick, das Abendessen, die Möglichkeit (natürlich gegen Gebühr) Gäste ,welche nicht im Hotel übernachten, zum Abendessen einzuladen.

− Tägliche Gebühr 2€ pro Bademantel, wenn es im Hotel Wellnessbereich gibt. Am Frühstück Espresso und Latte Machiato zahlungspflichtig. Nur Filterkaffee im Packet inkludiert. Die Auswahl am Frühstück begrenzt. Abends das Leitungswasser, das am Frühstück kostenfrei ist, kostet 3,60€ pro Liter.
