便利で居心地のよいかわいいホテル
10.0マレ地区にありどこへ行くにも行きやすく、かわいらしい清潔なホテルです。 入口の見た目があまりに可愛いカフェのようで一度通り過ぎてしまいました。バスティーユのメトロ駅出口から本当にすぐです！ 最初は、ほとんど寝るだけだから一番小さな部屋でいいかなと予約したのですが、写真を見れば見るほど「スーツケースも広げられないかも😥」と少し不安でした。しかし到着すると部屋がアップグレードされ、大きめのダブルルームにしていただいていました！ マットレスは快適で、シャワーも申し分ありませんでした。トイレが個室になること、また洗面所の鏡が大きく背の低い日本人にも使いやすかったのがとても良かったです。バスローブもありました😊 スタッフの方も優しく丁寧で、旅行者にとっては助かりました。ありがとうございました☺️
− チェックインを担当してくれた若い女性のスタッフが笑顔もなく説明も早口で面倒くさそうにしていたのが、移動の疲れに追い討ちをかけました。隣に座っていた男性も挨拶しても、笑顔もなく無言で、とても不安になりました🫤 しかしその日の夜にいらっしゃった男性や出発当日にいらっしゃった女性達は本当に親切で、何かあったら何でも言って下さいね、と言って下さったり、英語が完璧ではない私にも辛抱強く説明して下さり、その心遣いがとても嬉しかったです☺️ おかげで初日の印象がすっかり変わりました。ありがとうございました。
A consistently excellent experience over many visits, a favourite place to stay.
10.0I always stay here when I come to Paris. The location, the spa (included in room price) and the decor are all to my taste. I have stayed in various rooms and all are decorated differently with high quality wallpapers and immaculate paintwork. This time I had a single, small but well appointed room on the top floor with a distant view of the Eiffel Tower. I have stayed in other rooms with mini balcony where you can squeeze onto the table and chairs for and al fresco experience in good weather which is pleasant. Great bar intimiate bar downstairs in the evening with some charcuterie and cheese boards. Nuxe toiletries are lovely. This time I was there during the riots which passed the door for some hours but we were well looked after by the lovely staff during this time and they are to be commended. I feel safe here even when I travel alone. I look forward to my next visit.

− Le personnel pas plus accueillant que cela. Rapport qualité-prix pas incroyable. Bruit de rue malgré les fenêtres fermées. Trop cher par rapport à l’expérience. Si la chambre était 200€ la nuit, l’hôtel était parfait. Mais pour 450€ par nuit, je trouve excessif.

The Spa is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and privatized for 1 session of 45 mins for each stay. To take advantage of our Spa remember to book in advance. For a 2nd session at the Spa (Flotarium / Sauna) during the stay, you will be billed at 130.00 Euros for 2 people.
Please note that the spa access is only for one free slot and then other slot are with extra cost.
