4.0Room was old, dark, no natural light, poorly ventilated, smelled damp. Heat pump did not work. The rattan fan on the wall above the bed is covered in dust. There was a microwave but no plates or cutlery to eat our food with. We had to buy paper plates and cutlery. I have travelled widely and have never posted a negative review but i will not recommend this motel to anyonr It was advertised as superior new rooms but ours was anything but. I booked this accommodation on 21st August and i feel i must have got the worst room.

10.0Fantastic location only 2min walk to the 3 sisters. Best dining is at Katoomba RSL down the road. Great value motel for families.

8.0Staff support is excellent Below are observations: Room is clean generally but there are dust on top surface of floor molding Fridge is of very old and door shows rust Sliding closet doors frame show rust Need some updating.
