10.0Lovely BnB very clean good amenities there was even a little fridge in the room if you needed one and there's a iron & ironing board to use.The beds were very comfortable we got a really good night sleep. The breakfasts were lovely with a choice so if you don't want a full English there happy to accommodate. The hosts are a lovely couple who will help anyway they can, would definitely stay again 😁

10.0Jo & Andy are the perfect hosts nothing is too much trouble the whole place is immaculate and a credit to them both . The breakfast was amazing and I highly recommend to everyone you won’t find better in Blackpool. We will be back soon x

8.0Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was good value and plenty of choice too. Andy opened up the bar on both nights we were there which was great too.
− The property would be a little far out for some but we were happy with where it was as it made it a little quieter
