9.0Wonderful customer service! The location was close to several metro stations. Also appreciated that it had luggage storage for our arrival and departure dates.
− The shower curtain, it spilled water everywhere.
Nice sky bar, but the sports bar played very loud music .Also, the other restaurants bar staff was not very friendly

− Found a brown roach in the bathroom and the safe was broken in the room. Paid top dollar for this hotel but not very accommodating.

− Dirty. Unhelpful staff. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had served on paper plates?? Terrible value -$60 for breakfast as well - rip off. Dirty inside, old decor, peeling wallpaper and old disco nightclub velvet flocked wallpaper in basement breakfast room.
