− Al momento del desayuno hubo congestión porque habían deportistas hospedados en el hotel y hubo retrasos en la preparación de los alimentos
Una estancia de terror
1.0Pésimo todo, la verdad
− Me aloje en el hotel el 30 de abril 2026, inicialmente por 2 días. Para comenzar encontramos bichos, tipo cucarachas en la habitación. No había buen internet, no sé conectaba la TV, por lo que tuvimos que pedirle al recepcionista que acomodara la TV. El hotel está emplazado en una zona peligrosa, al lado de la autopista. Dimos una vuelta en la noche y no hay donde pasear, fuimos a una farmacia (lo único abierto a las 22.00) y nos dijeron que era un lugar muy peligroso. Finalmente, en el desayuno, se dejaban los platos con alimentos en las mesas, sin retiro, por lo que los pájaros se subían a la mesa a comer lo que quedaba, hasta que un pájaro se subió a mi mesa a comer la comida. Pedimos devolución del dinero, porque nos iríamos. Se comprometio la señora Luz devolverlo, y jamás lo hizo. Hasta ahora estoy esperando.

People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in.
