10.0Lovely hotel with helpful staff that helped us with taxi rides and extending our stay. The room we got was big enough for our family of 5 and the beds were spacious. We loved the area of the hotel and the ambience was lively. There was a great variety of dining options, markets and the centre attached had coffee places. Even though it was within a gated community, we absolutely loved the atmosphere and seeing Shenzhen come alive and we felt part of the community. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

2.0Wrong address at Hotels.com so driving arround in taxi for 2 hours and hotel did not want to pay for it - even though they coukd see the address on hotels.com was wrong

10.0地理位置離地鐵站遠一點！ 飯店入口不好找~~ CI時，因飯店和Hotels的之間預訂有些失誤，因此一開始沒有確認到我們的預訂資訊，但飯店的服務週到，確認後也快速地安排客房。 房間也非常的新穎和乾淨，性價比很好。 酒店樓下就有美食街，很方便。
Hotel is definitely NOT one I will ever choose
2.0Everything that can go wrong went wrong. The entrance to the hotel looks different from the picture in the website. The name of the hotel has changed to W H Hotel. At check in, the counter staff are terribly unhelpful. I didn't get the room type I have booked and the counter staff asked me to check with Expedia when I have no data/wifi nor a mobile (flat battery) to call. Room is okay but be careful everything in the room is chargeable including drinking water. Corridors to the rooms are dark and scary.
