Relaxing and enjoyable stay, with a good atmosphere and finished off with a superb breakfast!!
7.0Staff were friendly, and clearly got on with each other as well, which is always nice to see - especially when they are having to work so hard during busy periods.
− Very minor points: the door lock/handle (integral) was worn and fiddly to operate; the tv was HD capable but had no obvious (to me!) means of receiving an HD signal via the remote control menu.

7.0The breakfast and the service provided by the Manageress on Sunday morning were excellent
− The room was a little tired. The woodwork needs refreshing. The bed and linen were very comfortable and clean but the bathroom was a little cramped. However the shower was good and we had a nice stay.
Great find. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Pub was excellent with a good menu. Food was delicious.
