8.0The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jounieh with a good view. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

10.0The hotel is very well located, in a calm serein environment of a bustling city...the reception staff, the buffet waiters n the rooms service were very friendly n helpful... We were given an awesome sea view room, that was quite comfortable, impeccably clean n relatively large...its decoration was quite chic with its stone walls, beautiful ancient mirror...the toiletries were perfect..._ from sleepers to comb n toothpaste.. The a/c unit was well located, not blowing directly on us... One minor hicup: the little fridge was empty...nevertheless 2 water bottles were offered in the room at our arrival... We had the most relaxing n restful night..in such a bustling city. In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised by a copious mixed buffet for bkft...that offered a wide variety of choices.. with the kindest restaurant staff with a delicious fresh omelette with veggies n cheese...fruits, cereals, yoghorts fava, balila...WOOOW...we had an amazing start of the day...we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel with its reasonable competitive rates...n wonderful staff, from Karine, Firas to Andrea...they deserve the title of best hotel in Jounieh area...
− Only a minor thing, the bathroom, washing basin drainage was slow to evacuate water...the tissues box was half full... n the light of the balcony remained *on* all night (but with the black-out curtains we didnt see its shining)..we weren't bothered at all by it..
The location of this hotel is my favorite spot in Lebanon. The hotel has a certain charm, and it just works.
10.0Reston Hotel is nestled between the mountains and the sea, with great views of both. They offer quiet service where everything seems to work. The rooms are impeccable and make you feel at home. I seldom give a 10/10 score to anything in my life, but here I did because it truly deserves it.

− Smoking smell is everywhere in the hotel, had to change our room because of cigar smoke. The new room had an old bathroom and the corridor also with smoking smell
