Much older with poor service follow-through
4.0This hotel is a tale of 2 buildings. All the pictures you see only show the newer south building. However, a lot of the non-suite rooms are in the much older, poorly maintained north building. Definitely not up to the standard expected of a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel. Service was also very lacking with them saying all the right things, but rarely following through.
Busy area, choose valet
8.0I wanted to visit Lonnie's Reno Club on a recommendation from Nick with PMC from the Hilton. I used valet and was helped by Kyle, the hotel is on a busy street and valet made it easier to get my car with all the traffic in the area.

− Me resultó sorprendente tener que pagar por el Wi-fi en un hotel a esta altura, lo consideraría un servicio básico para alojarse. Pagamos muy caro para lo que ofrecía el hotel, probablemente por tratarse de la fecha del Mundial FIFA. No funcionó un ascensor durante más de una semana, lo cual provocó una incomodidad constante ante cada necesidad de subir o bajar, con una demora exagerada (ya que tanto huéspedes como trabajadores del hotel debían usar un solo ascensor). La atención y disponibilidad durante el check-in no fue ni amable ni explicativa.
