− Viajei com meus pais. O hotel não tem estacionamento e não atentei pra isso na reserva, então tive que parar na frente e pegar as malas e o que precisávamos, deixar meus pais e ir estacionar o carro. Chegando lá queria que meus pais já fossem para o quarto, pois estavam casados enquanto eu fazia o cadastro e o rapaz disse que não podiam subir. Então tiveram que ficar ali achei uma falta de sensibilidade com idosos. Chegamos e fomos direto descansar mas o quarto tinha apenas com um cobertor com todo o frio que estava, não há interfone para pedir então tive que descer até a recepção e então o rapaz trouxe, o quarto da frente é super barulhento durante a noite, dormimos mal. No outro dia o café da manhã estava péssimo. Os pães ressecados e sem nenhum jeito de que teve algum empenho. Beliscamos e fomos tomar café numa padaria. Acho que o hotel serve muito bem na temporada e jovens, mas poderia ter um cuidado a mais com famílias com idosos e o pessoal que cuida do café colocar menos coisas, mas fresquinhas de com boa vontade.
