10.0The property was amazing! When I booked it said complimentary continental breakfast. As an American, I assumed donuts and coffee in the office. Every morning they sent a private chef to our villa to cook our breakfasts. The food was fresh and wonderful. Fresh squeeze juices. Just amazing. And the chef was so nice, it made our trip. The beach and sunrises were beautiful. 2 minute walk to a nice ocean front restaurant. Very quiet and clean.
− When booking it said a free airport shutter. We made arrangements but When we arrived no one picked us up and we had to get a cab. Never really understood what happened but there was a miscommunication of the staff. Then going home we went to book the shuttle to the airport and they said the vehicle was under maintenance. So I am not even sure if they have a shuttle so I would prepare for alternate transportation and it is an hour drive from the airport. Everything else was so wonderful, we decided to over look this as cabs were very affordable.
Would not stay again. Very old and dated villa.
4.0− We were really disappointed from the moment we arrived. The villa we thought we had booked with ocean views was in fact not the villa we had booked. Our villa was at the back with no view and very old and dated. It felt damp and unclean with lots of mosquitos. It was also hot in the main living area as it was fully open with no air con.
