This hotel is the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in. The staff, especially the animation team are brilliant, they made mine and my family stay so special, we celebrated my sons first birthday here and it was the most amazing birthday we could of imagined, they made a cake , got us all on stage and made it one to remember, Khaled is absolutely amazing he captured special moment's with me and my family and always made sure we was okay. Baki and leonardo was the best they took their time with my children especially with my youngest and always had a smile on their faces, GI GI and the girls from the kids club was very patient and amazing with all kids. The waiter yasim was so kind and one of the best waiter we had the whole holiday, he always made sure our drinks was full and we had smiles on our faces. The lifeguards was the best with the children especially nassier. I have got nothing bad to say about the staff and animation, they certainly made the holiday so special. The only issue we had was no pram or wheelchair access around most of the hotel, but again there was always someone there to help with the pram down the stairs. Guest relations was so helpful and kind any problems she sorted and her English is magnificent. Without a doubt the hotel and everything else was amazing and would definitely come back.

We have just returned from El Xar Hotel. The hotel is not as luxurious as some others, but it has everything else. The food, the rooms are cleaned, everyone is very kind. What remained in our hearts are the three girl animators Kristina, Ruru and Zizi. ❣️ Thank you for the wonderful company and beautiful memories. If you have children, it will be fantastic.

I’m currently writing this from our hotel room as we are leaving for home tomorrow morning and wanted to give an honest review to those that need it! Me and my friend have stayed at El Ksar for 7 nights - all inclusive. The price was really fair considering it included all luggage, transfers, stay and flight. Upon arrival, we was checked in quite quickly once taxes had been paid. Our bags were taken to our room and we was briefly shown how to use the facilities (air con and tv if we needed). The rooms are basic, with no other facilities like kettle/iron etc. The bathroom is more dated, but, did the job for the stay! We did find a cockroach in the bathroom which freaked us out a little, but tried to not let this bother us. The outdoor area is maintained well. The ground men work hard to ensure it’s clean, tidy and presentable. The location is ideal and a perfect set up with a private section of beach relating to the hotel. Sunbeds are reserved from around 5am. If you want a sunbed in an ideal spot, you HAVE to wake up early. The only problem; guests reserve beds in perfect spots, go out for the day and leave the beds for hours.. annoying! Mattresses are provided for the beds outside and the lifeguards are more than happy to help. We tipped one particular man as he did not stop the whole day! All inclusive does not include ice creams in the day. The alcohol is very hit and miss depending on which bar you visit. House wine is bad, but the beer is better. House spirits available in the reception bar area - not outside. The animation team is great, it’s fully kitted out for children and imagine they had an amazing time. They do not pester you to join in if you didn’t want to. Music is loud by the pool but we didn’t mind! The children’s section with slides was great, as it meant there was much more space in the main pool. The food is very ‘localised’ / if you’re a picky eater, this will cause problems!! The spa experience was mediocre. Cheap and cheerful but not to be compared to any treatments you receive in the UK. Overall - get what you pay for. Not the worst and not the best! We needed to ask other guests for ‘how to’ questions… the welcome could have been better to ensure we fully understood the hotels systems.

Our stay at El Ksar Hotel was absolutely wonderful, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The hotel has a beautiful beach with clear sea and the pool is really near to the sea. Comfortable sunbeds, clean rooms and a great location with easy access to the center of Sousse. However, what made our holiday truly unforgettable was the amazing animation team and their chef. They did incredible dance shows and other shows every evening, and you can really see how much passion and energy they put into their work. Every single member of the team was kind, friendly, and incredibly talented. A special thanks goes to Baki, Gigi from the Mini Club, and especially Enzo because he is an amazing person! Always smiling, friendly, full of positive energy, and a fantastic motivator. He made our vacation even more better. Thank you to the entire entertainment team for making our holiday so special. We recommend El Ksar Hotel, and if we ever return, it will be because of people like this!
