10.0Me gusta mucho la atención a e opción de la chica del día que llegamos por estar en el celular no me contestaba bien estaba molesta Al día siguiente estaba otra muy amable y el personal de limpieza muy amable todos la verdad el desyuno ligero pero rico 😋 y cada que vamos nos hospedamos en el hotel Estefanía

8.0The check-in was easy, the room was very clean, and there was always hot water. I liked that they provided drinking water, and the staff were friendly. The location was great close to the historic center and easy to walk around.
− There was some noise late at night, like someone dropping something heavy a few times, probably staff. It wasn’t constant, but it did wake me up. The breakfast was also very basic, just toast, coffee, and cereal.
