6.0It is a beautiful property, but unfortunately we didn’t feel very welcomed by most of the staff. The only person who made us feel truly welcomed was the one who checked us in. During dinner service, the staff seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced, resulting in long wait times and a lack of warmth. Because of this, we decided to dine elsewhere after the first night.

10.0We loved the friendliness and hospitality of the staff! The attention to detail and service was amazing. Julia especially went out of her way to make our stay and wine tour special. What a tranquil and special place! This was the highlight of our Italy tour and we would absolutely stay here again.
