5.0Appartement propre fonctionnel et agréable. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, épicerie café air de jeu juste en bas.
− L’appartement est fonctionnel, propre et agréable, et dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour. En revanche, notre expérience le jour du départ a été très décevante. Nous avons passé une nuit particulièrement difficile car mon fils avait de la fièvre toute la nuit. Il était très fatigué et avait beaucoup de mal à se lever le matin. J’ai donc demandé simplement à la dame de ménage si nous pouvions disposer de 10 minutes supplémentaires pour pouvoir nous préparer et rassembler nos affaires. La réponse a été très sèche : aucun effort de compréhension, alors que je demandais seulement quelques minutes dans une situation exceptionnelle. Plus dérangeant encore, elle a commencé et continué son ménage alors que nous étions encore dans l’appartement, comme si nous n’étions pas présents. Nous avons eu le sentiment d’être pressés et littéralement chassés des lieux, sans aucune considération pour notre situation. Nous n’avions plus vraiment d’intimité et avons dû nous dépêcher de partir. Je comprends tout à fait qu’un horaire de départ doit être respecté et que le personnel doit pouvoir préparer l’appartement pour les prochains voyageurs. Cependant, la façon de faire et surtout le manque de respect et de bienveillance dans ces circonstances nous ont vraiment déçus. C’est dommage, car l’appartement en lui-même est très correct. Mais l’accueil et la manière dont notre départ a été géré ont malheureusement laissé une mauvaise impression sur notre séjour.

10.0We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. There was air conditioning in every bedroom as well as in the living room, which made the stay especially comfortable. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful — every request or question we had was answered quickly and kindly. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to others. Thank you for the great hospitality!
