8.0We would like to say a special thank you to front desk staff 何玉霞，she was very caring, listening to people, treating people with respect and proactive to situation. 何玉霞 took the time to solve the problem we had encountered. Each time when we saw her at the front desk we felt good. The second staff we would like to say thank you was the house keeping lady. She was also very caring and helpfull to us while my husband was not well. We left her a small tips in the room as a token of appreciation but she did not take it. She was the first house keeping lady who would not take the tips. We know this hotel is not a five stars hotel but the staff could make a big difference. Thank you.
Handy to good shopping
8.0Whilst the room serviced daily but vacuuming and mopping was not evident and the need for multilingual reception staff is badly needed as was a hot breakfast

8.0we stayed there for 3 nights , the stay was quite pleasant but most of the appliances didn't work properly. The room was quite dark. The breakfast buffet was OK. I guess the only drawback is that its staffs all of them can not understand English at all and had issued me wrong rooms but they tried really hard to help me out though. But the guy in the front desk is not so friendly. In my opinion I think It is a little far away from Dapling Station.

6.0ออกจากรถไฟฟ้าใกล้สุดสถานี Daping สายสีแดง ออกมาทางประตู 4C เลี้ยวขวาและเจอบันไดขึ้นทางขวา ขึ้นมาจะเจอถนนออกมาทางหน้าห้าง ParkSon เดินตรงไปเรื่อยๆประมาณ 850 เมตรจะเจอสะพานลอย โรงแรมอยู่ทางซ้ายมือ เจ้าหน้าที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยได้แต่ก็พยายามที่จะสื่อสาร ห้องพักไม่มีตู้เย็น ไม่เปลี่ยนแก้วน้ำดื่ม แต่เปลี่ยนผ้าขนหนูให้ อาหารเช้าทานได้แต่สื่อสารกันยาก
