9.0We had an amazing stay! The food was excellent, with a good variety of options. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. I especially appreciated the system that allows guests to ask the PAs any questions at any time. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you could need. We also really enjoyed the sports activities and the evening shows. Also, the beach area is well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily return.
− The only negative part of our stay was the first night. Around 1:00 am, a sewage cleaning machine ran for about an hour. The noise was extremely loud, woke us up, a complete lack of sound insulation. After speaking with the PAs, I learned this isn't a one-off issue, it happens every two weeks. If I return, I would definitely avoid a pool-side room, as that's where the cleaning takes place. I also don't think this type of maintenance should be carried out in the middle of the night.
