− Nothing the price of the room was expensive but that’s because of the concert and number of people staying in Ludlow

− Breakfast was included but it was a continental tray in room. Milk and yoghurt left out for 24 hours. Opened milk carton & milk had gone off with lumps in it. Would have liked a proper breakfast downstairs in bar. Room double normal price due to events at the castle which is common but thought breakfast should have been much better.
No cooked breakfast, room over priced.

− Cooked breakfast included/promised on Booking.com site, when booked it. On arrival was told bluntly by a staff member, 'No cooked breakfast as our cookers have all gone down, so you've got breakfast in your room instead''.No apology. So breakfast consisted of a banana, small bag of mini Maryland Cookies, choc au pain, croissant, Go Ahead bar & Muller Yogurt, each. Over inflated price for what it was. Didn't get what we paid for. No fridge in room for milk or yogurts they gave us. I asked the landlady about a partial refund to cover two full English breakfasts & she said we had to instead contact you - Booking.com, so we would appreciate a partial refund to make up for the disappointment.Thanks. Shower was not adjustable & overly hot. Toilet not flushing properly. Bedside lamps didn't have a reachable switch to turn off once in bed.

− Cost of room £275, worth £40 (£100 due to increased foot traffic given concert location). Insects, bugs & dirt throughout the room. Music played in the pub courtyard at an extremely high level until 1am, no earplugs provided and pretty certain it should’ve stopped at 11pm. My mum & I are very easy going, no frills kinda people and where it’s great to see local business thrive with demand in a non city location the inflation doesn’t match the experience.
