6.0The apartment itself I cannot fault - it was spacious, well equipped and the bathrooms were awesome - showers that felt like rain clouds. The pool area is disappointing in that there are 8 sun beds - you wouldn’t want to spend days there. But it was our first impression that let the resort down. On being dropped at the address provided by Expedia we made our way to reception only to be met with an angry “WHY HAVE YOU COME IN THIS WAY? YOURE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE BACK ENTRANCE” We explained - and showed - our Expedia paperwork only to be told YOU NEVER USE THAT DOOR”” and then a Spanish rant at a colleagues . “Hola, welcome to Spain’ would’ve been much nicer. The children were upset and refused to go anywhere near reception again

8.0Nice clean and modern apartment with good facilities. We took Grandkids. Short walk to beach. Few bars and stores close to the property which is a bit of a disadvantage.
