6.0The room was clean and location was great, the food was alright but either side are exceptional restaurants. The let down was the staff i emailed to organise a shuttle before i arrived and never got a response, asked for a map and they when asking about tours got blank looks so went to the information center and organised them myself and transfer when i left myself. The worst was receiving a 4.30am wake up call which i never asked for and then on check out didnt even get an apology for waking me in the middle of the night.
