9.0部屋の窓からのサロマ湖の景観は、天気が良いと素晴らしかったと思います。この度は連泊でしたが、料理も2日間創意工夫されており、スタッフのみなさんの心暖まる対応により、楽しんで美味しく頂くことができました。残念だったのは、夕陽を観ることができなかったことでした。また、訪れたいと思います。

9.0大浴池有分洋式跟和室，兩種都去泡非常舒服！房間是傳統日式榻榻米，雖然跟阿寒湖的鶴雅規格沒辦法比，但是有小而美，我反而更喜歡，晚餐超級好吃！會先上海鮮拼盤，在自助buffet，雖菜色沒有一般大飯店多，但是非常精巧好吃，餐廳裝潢也很明亮大氣有設計感，非常喜歡，走路出去就是完美看夕陽的景點，很舒服的度假飯店
− 飯店櫃檯人員英文僅能靠翻譯機，但態度很親切，館內設施沒有一張紙或是完整的介紹，有點可惜

9.0Hotel nad samym jeziorem, każdy pokój ma widok na jezioro. Mieliśmy pokój w stylu japońskim, który był, jak na standardy Japonii, duży. Personel na każdym kroku sprawia, że czujesz się zaopiekowany. Śniadanie i kolacja wyśmienite. Na kolację dodatkowo podają misę z lokalnymi owocami morza. Coś fantastycznego. Hotel duży, ma sklep z pamiątkami, odzieżą, bilard, ping pong. Można wypożyczyć rowery i pojechać mierzeją. Widoki niesamowite.
− Hotel ma swoje lata, ale nadal utrzymuje świetny standard. Pokoje na wyższych piętrach są już nowoczesne.
