10.0Quarto bem grande, bem confortável, disponibilizam um berço para minha bebê. Muito aconchegante. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Janela com blackout automatizado perfeita para quem não consegue dormir com iluminação. O que mais amamos é a localização, hotel perto de tudo, tem ponto de ônibus na frente, possibilitando ir para lugares um pouco mais longe como o Vaticano. Mas o restante da cidade fizemos tudo ape, fica bem no centro. Em baixo tem cafés, gelateria e um BK.
− A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, os cantos da parede tinha até amarrador de cabelo empoeirado de algum outro hóspede. De restante, gostando muito.

− There was no option for an actual key or key card. Instead, they sent an email to me for a cellular key. The only way to open the main door to the hotel/apartment was through your phone. I was skeptical of it. I came back at around midnight and it was not working. I tried to call the hotel desk code and no one answered. I had to wait outside until someone else came out of the building.

10.0The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere and there is bus stop 2 min far from the hotel. This was our second time in Monti First and they improved a lot. The staff are very kind and helpful. I love the cakes they leave at the room reception for all guests. The rooms are good, not to spacious, but it is very good. I loved to say there and will return soon.
