8.0だいぶ古いホテルでしたが、湯畑目の前の好立地で、一緒に泊まった86歳の両親も湯もみショーまで歩いて行けました。夜はライトアップされた湯畑がお部屋から見れて、とても素晴らしいホテルでした。 スタッフの皆さんがとても感じが良かったです。

6.0湯畑が窓から見えるのは良かったです。 喫煙が部屋で出来るのも良かったです。 部屋で喫煙が出来るのに、最近はIQOSやグローなどを使用する人が多いのか、思ったほど煙草臭はしなかった。 ただ、トイレと洗面所が部屋の奥に有りちょっと使いづらかった。 日本語が堪能な外国人スタッフがチェックイン時の館内説明を含め対応をしてくれましたが、説明のマニュアルが有るのか？とても早口で事務的に感じました。 湯巡りをしたかったけど、チェックインの時に予約をしないと成らなかったのを知らず出来なかった。 多分説明をしてくれたのだと思いますが、 事務的な説明の中に埋もれてしまったのかと思います。 チェックイン客で混雑はして居ましたが、もう少し丁寧な対応をして貰いたかった。 湯畑の目の前に有るので、次回も草津温泉宿泊時は利用したいと思います。

Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to midnight.
Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
