− Leider sind die Zimmer nicht wirklich das was angezeigt wird es könnte sauberer sein. Ich hatte etwas mehr erwartet und unser Zimmer war super klein Mann hatte wirklich Buch Platz zum durchgehen.

9.0We had a lovely stay at Samir Hotel from 20th to 22nd October! We arrived at around 6 AM after a long 9-hour flight, and although we initially expected to wait until the usual check-in time, the staff kindly arranged an early check-in for both our rooms. This was especially appreciated as we were travelling with my elderly parents and were quite exhausted after the journey. A special mention to Fatih, who was working the night shift, and the gentleman from the morning shift (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name). Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. The boys who assisted us with our luggage were equally lovely and made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is in an amazing location, with everything conveniently close by. We genuinely enjoyed our stay, and the warm hospitality of the staff made the experience even better. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable. Would happily recommend Samir Hotel!

7.0トラム、地下鉄駅から近く立地が良い。イスタンブール空港から地下鉄を一回乗り換えるだけで着く。 受付の方が親切でした。12時頃にアーリーチェックインさせてもらい、部屋も運良く大きい部屋にして頂きました。 朝ごはんの種類の多さは満足です。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれた。
− 清掃が悪い。アーリーチェックインさせてもらっていたので文句は言えませんが、新しいタオルに毛が絡まっていたり、洗面所の壁に誰かの髪が付いていて不快でした。洗面ボウル内も磨けば落ちそうな汚れがいっぱい。 換気ができない施設のようで、空気を窓から入れるしかない。 朝食会場のスタッフは挨拶もなく、ご飯を食べていたのでずっと宿泊客だと思っていた。せめて照明を全部点けて欲しい。コーヒーがまずい。ジュースも水のように味が薄い。
