Was a very short stay, but was good. The area is very busy.
7.0The apartment was very modern. Despite the noisy street the double windows blocked out the noise. The caretekers took care of all the concerns.
− There was only one bathroom between the four of us. The shower was draining properly and the caretaker attended to it quickly, but it recurred.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Taksim Premium Residence! The property has a lovely European charm, with a cosy atmosphere and excellent natural ventilation when the windows are open. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square, with metro stations and bus stops only a few minutes away. There are also plenty of lovely cafés, traditional Turkish breakfast spots, restaurants, and convenience stores right downstairs, making everything incredibly accessible. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the hospitality of Ali and Kadir. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. During the heavy rainfall on 10 October 2026, we experienced some unexpected disruptions, including a temporary water outage and the elevator being out of service. Ali and Kadir handled the situation exceptionally well. They responded quickly, provided us with water while the supply was interrupted, kept us reassured, and even helped carry our luggage when the elevator wasn’t working. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. It’s during unexpected situations like these that you truly appreciate excellent hospitality. A huge thank you to Ali and Kadir for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would happily stay here again!
− There was nothing significant that negatively affected our stay. The only inconvenience was the temporary water outage and elevator disruption during the heavy rainfall on 10 October 2026. However, these were exceptional circumstances, and Ali and Kadir handled everything promptly and professionally, doing their best to minimise any inconvenience to guests.
