8.0Lugar muy tranquilo, auténtico y muy Toscana.
Lovely place, unique experience, just didn’t live up to my expectation.
7.0I loved the history of the property, the uniqueness of it being a winery and the ability to experience that all in one place.
− The bar staff were quite unfriendly. Hard to get another round of drinks or settle the bill. If we walked in to the bar, it seemed like an inconvenience. When we are quite isolated in terms of having other options to have a drink or bar snack, it’s quite disappointing that they were so unfriendly considering most people would have been guests there. Air conditioning barely works. Set to 10° however room is consistently at 26°. Consider updating or implementing ceiling fans. Also the addition of an espresso machine in the rooms would be good. Paying such a premium price, would be nice to have a coffee before 8am. Some tiles/stones in the floor were quite unstable. Trip hazard.

10.0Siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. Il borgo è incantevole, immerso in un’atmosfera unica e curato in ogni dettaglio: un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e vivere il fascino della Toscana. La camera era grandissima, molto accogliente, pulita, fresca grazie all’aria condizionata e dotata di un letto comodissimo. Un plauso speciale va a tutto il personale, gentilissimo, disponibile e simpatico: ci hanno accolto con grande cordialità facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti. Abbiamo anche cenato all’Osteria del borgo e l’esperienza è stata eccellente: piatti ottimi, atmosfera piacevole e servizio impeccabile. Molto comoda anche la possibilità di parcheggiare, con diversi posti auto a disposizione. Abbondante e ottima colazione a buffet inclusa. Assolutamente consigliato!
