10.0The private onsen in the room has a good view of the lake. View is relaxing. Big room. Generous snacks in the lobby as well as the dinner.

− 有提供自助小點（餅乾.茶水），但建議可以24小時提供！結帳的時候有一個泡湯服務費，雖然價格不高，但因為根本沒有使用所以另外被收費感覺不是很好
Très bon séjour
10.0L’établissement est très bien placé entre le lac et le mont Fuji. La gare est très proche, le service de navette depuis la gare est très appreciable, le personnel est très agréable et met tout en œuvre pour le bien être des clients. Nous remercions spécialement Ara qui a été d’une grande aide et gentillesse pour nous aider à récupérer un bagage oublié dans un bus. Les petits déjeuners et diners sont variés et de qualité. La chambre familiale avec onsen privé et vue sur le lac était top.
We did not get the room we paid for
1.0− They gave us a ADA room with beds that looked like hospital beds. We never booked an ADA room and when we told them and asked for another room they told us that the hotel was sold out and that they could not do anything about it. What was supposed to be the highlight of our trip turned out to be a nightmare!

− 部屋が、壁や天井が古くて、寝るときに照明を消すとやたらと不気味で、結局一つの照明を点灯して寝た。
