Very disappointed. I was promised a room on to floor, did not get it.
1.0I love the location. The hotel used to be my favorite place. Now they are changing, and seem to be getting rid of the history. It has a wonderful story about the man that built it. Now they are going towards a Holiday Inn feel.
− I've never stayed there with just a mattress and no bed furniture. They used to have some of the most beautiful furniture in the rooms.

9.0The property is 10 minutes up a mountain that is located near lots of cool restaurants. The staff was exceptional, they were such kind people. If you are looking for that picture perfect, mountain experience, and simple beauty then I highly recommend this place. Some of the rooms are basic and some are more upscale so truly you get what do you want.
− There was a lot of construction going on while there so we didn’t explore the property as much as we’d like. But all the more reason to come back.

Instead of a breakfast buffet, we are offering breakfast to-go bags at the front desk from 7am-10am.
The on-site restaurant is closed Monday's-Wednesday's. It is open for dinner service Thursday-Saturday 5pm-9pm unless it is closed for a private event.
The bar is open Thursday-Saturday night 4pm-9pm but is also subject to private events. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
