10.0Mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel – Eine absolute Empfehlung! Ich war nun bereits zum zweiten Mal Gast in diesem Hotel und bin nach wie vor restlos begeistert. Man wird hier unglaublich herzlich empfangen und das gesamte Personal ist durchgehend sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Schon beim Check-in an der Rezeption erhält man unkompliziert die Zimmerkarte sowie die Zugangsdaten für das WLAN. Das Hotel ist komplett barrierefrei gestaltet und alle Zimmer sind bequem mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Die Zimmer bieten eine solide und saubere Grundausstattung die keine Wünsche offenlässt. Neben einer funktionierenden Klimaanlage stehen ein Safe für Wertsachen ein kleiner Kühlschrank sowie ein Wasserkocher inklusive Kaffee- und Teebeuteln bereit. Sollte es einmal etwas kühler sein liegen anstelle der dünneren Decken auch dickere Varianten zur Verfügung. Ein kleiner Hinweis zum Wasser: Vom Leitungswasser in Istanbul ist aufgrund des Kalks generell abzuraten – greifen Sie hier am besten auf Flaschenwasser zurück. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist außerdem die fantastische Lage. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Hagia Sophia die Basilika-Zisterne und der Große Basar Kapalıçarşı sind von hier aus wunderbar zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist zudem der tolle Reinigungsservice. Jeden Morgen wird das Bett frisch gemacht Handtücher Badetücher sowie die Fußmatte werden zuverlässig ausgetauscht und auch Seife sowie Toilettenpapier werden täglich nachgefüllt. Das Frühstück bietet eine wunderbare und vielfältige Auswahl um gut in den Tag zu starten. Ein weiteres echtes Highlight ist die hoteleigene Kofferwaage mit der man das Gepäck vor der Abreise entspannt wiegen und so lästiges Übergepäck am Flughafen vermeiden kann. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
