6.0There was no offer of porter services to and from our room. We had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of steps. The room was smaller than expected. The dining staff were friendly. I was rather surprised at the price of 2 poach eggs, sausage and a small croissant at 19 pounds or $25.00 dollars. Each morning. If i had been given a an opportunity to know prior i wouldn't have ordered it. Maybe because i took the small croissant and butter off the breakfast buffet i was also charged for that also. It was disappointing.

10.0The staff were amazing and so hospitable. They met your every need. The grounds are beautiful. Very beautiful restful venue. The food was excellent.
Excellent experience
10.0This was our second visit in two weeks. We were initially attracted to it because of the outdoor heated pool which did not dissapoint. The staff were helpful, courteous, polite, professional. The rooms immaculate - very relaxing. We had food on the second visit - dinner was perfect, breakfast, likewise. They seem to get everything right here. We look forward to visiting again - very, very soon.
