7.0The facility is actually very well kept, clean and the Chalet needs some internal painting to keep up the standards of a "Pousada". The Decor and the Bed are just amazing.
− The Reception person was new accept the money no receipt, and the most disappointing and in 25 Years of Hotel Management Globally this is the first time that the Breakfast was just difficult. The guest has a "portion control" form to fill out and they serve Breakfast at 8am instead of 6:30am like any other Hotel in the area. I wanted to stay for another 2 weeks but unfortunately the " Budget controlling Breakfast was difficult to understand" Also where they prepare the Breakfast...something to check it out....very odd. The Staff seems to be afraid of the owner of the "Pousada"..... This place has everything to be perfect. Wake up early, serve the breakfast early, stop controlling how many pieces of Bread someone will eat....also your family is not allowed to enter the property....my room was for 2 people....and they asked my 80 year old mother if she is staying or not....
