− 禁煙ルームなのに、タバコの臭いが、空調から？一晩中入ってきて辛かった

− 入り口、ロビー、フロントと食堂の仕切がなく 仕方がないのはわかるのですが 朝食のフロアが暑すぎました。
また利用したい！と思いました。

− 喫煙部屋希望で、喫煙部屋階廊下がすでにタバコ臭くて、ビックリしました。部屋に入ったらタバコ臭くては軽減していましたが、以前宿泊した時は階が違くて気にならなかったけれど。。お世話になりました。
