Très déçu de l’hôtel loin des photos de votre site.
3.0L’emplacement
− L’accueil juste poli. La propreté et l’entretien des locaux,surtout la piscine et les infrastructures associées. Le cendrier de notre terrasse de chambre était plein et des bouteilles de bière vides n’étaient pas ramassées à notre arrivée dans la chambre. Par ailleurs, pas de réfrigérateur, ni de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. Sans parler du pommeau de douche , le réglage de la hauteur était cassé. Dans la pièce de la piscine intérieure, il y avait ce matin des couches de bébé usagées non ramassées. Les douches et le reste des installations sont usées (voir photos). Le personnel n’a fait aucun gestes commerciales et nous a fait payer des taxes de sejours en plus du prix négocié avec vous lors de ma réservation. Je suis très déçu de cette prestation très différente des photos de votre site.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient hotel.
10.0The Hotel Alpensonne is very comfortable and clean. The rooms are of good size. Our room included a covered balcony with lounge chairs that made the perfect place to rest at the end of the day. The included breakfast is excellent. It is a short walking distance to everything Bad Weisee has to offer.
