10.0I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! From the moment I arrived, the ladies at the reception were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional ,they truly set the tone for a great experience. The room was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. I was especially impressed by how clean everything was, and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for rest and relaxation. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended

10.0Situated in a beautiful valley and easy accessible. Very friendly staff and reception. Restaurant was great and food really good. Spacious comfortable rooms. Will definitely use again on my next trip.

6.0The room (141 in the new part) was bleak and strangely designed, feeling cold and prison-like. We don't think you should have opened it when the courtyard was not yet finished (artificial grass and no garden). The old pool area was OK but there were no tables and chairs there.
