7.0Great location. Walking distance to central market and night market and pagoda. Sibu is like a very old fashioned Singapore. We were only Westerners. Locals were incredibly friendly and first language English. Wanted to speak with us. Did not see any crime. Good place to visit.
− Sibu doesn't seem to have any modern hotels so expect rooms to be somewhat Retro. We had just two power points and nowhere near the bed. AC was vintage, just On and Off. Only local breakfast available. Hotel.... it is what it is. Ok for a few nights.
