Filthy Hotel with fraudulent staff
2.0Reserved DELUXE room for 3 nights. No air conditioning on first night. Hotel Manager promised not to charge first night. Later upon check-out I was fraudulently charged for 3 nights even though my room had NO AIRCONDITIONING ON FIRST NIGHT OF APRIL 25, 3018.
