Super horrifying housekeeping quality
4.0The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The pools are nice. The private beach is good. Breakfast is good.
− House keeping’s quality is horrifying and a complete nightmare. We got the impression that housekeeping staff got no training at all. One pyjama in our room was hung in a badly mouldy hanger. I complained this to the front office staff, the next day they left the mouldy hanger there, and dumped the pyjamas onto my luggage. All toiletries in the bathroom were not orderly arranged, and they were just dumped onto the sink. The bed sheet in one of the rooms in our group was smelly as if they were used many times by previous guests, without changing for new check-in guests. The corridors to the rooms were VERY VERY dirty, with dead insects, as if they were abandoned for a long time. This is THE MOST DIRTY AND THE POOREST HOUSEKEEPING quality hotel we have ever stayed. Cant claim to be 4 stars.

Mui Ne Bay Resort is a beautiful and relaxing getaway.
9.0What stood out most to me was the lovely flower decorations throughout the resort. The thoughtful floral arrangements made the atmosphere feel even more welcoming and peaceful. Highly recommended!

• Afternoon: 02 Nguyen Tat Thanh St. (opposite Coopmart Supermarket) (13:00) -> 96 Nguyen Dinh Chieu St. (13:25) -> Muine Bay Resort (13:40).
• Evening: 02 Nguyen Tat Thanh St. (opposite Coopmart Supermarket) (21:00) -> 96 Nguyen Dinh Chieu St. (21:25) -> Muine Bay Resort (21:40).
Guests can choose to take the 5-hour ride on the coach from The Sinh Tourist or Phuong Trang, which leaves from De Tham _ Pham Ngu Lao in Ho Chi Minh City. It arrives in the Phan Thiet area. One-way rides cost USD -7 per person. Guests should then alight and take the local taxi from the coach stop.
Guests can also choose to take the 4-hour-and-thirty-minute train to the Phan Thiet Station from Ho Chi Minh City. One-way rides cost between USD 8 to USD 12, depending on the seating choice. Guests can take the red local bus (No. 9) from the Phan Thiet train station. It costs about USD 2 per person, per way.
