− Was very hot, fan was available but may need air conditioning going forward. Windows also need replacing, great view but old wooden windows in need of updating, dirty too.

10.0Everything the room was clean the beds were comfy the breakfast was delicious also had an evening meal which was also delicious the staff were excellent very pleasant no request was to hard would highly recommend THE BOATHOUSE absolutely gorgeous B&B would DEFINITELY go back

10.0The boathouse is an excellent B&B rooms were clean beds were really comfy the breakfast was so delicious and we had a meal in the evening which was also fantastic. The staff were so pleasant no request was to much i would highly recommend THE BOATHOUSE.
