Not happy freezing cold no heating rock hard bed and rude staff.
3.0It was close to where I needed to be
− The heating and AC was broken there was no breakfast when we're supposed to get free Breakfast the front desk said the chef was on vacation? our bed was basically a rock and the staff got onto me for paying early online.
