− Nao tem uma área( recuo) pra acessar o hotel com carro e o trânsito na rua é intenso. Chuveiro dificil de temperar a água!

1.0O hotel está caindo aos pedaços, estrutura péssima, precisa urgentemente de reforma. A única coisa positiva foi o café da manhã e, especialmente o senhor que faz o atendimento no café da manhã. Ainda assim, nem manteiga tem, é margarina.
− Fui enganada pelas fotos do booking, devem ser de muitos anos atrás, porque não condizem em nada com a realidade. Foi uma decepção, peguei um quarto na cobertura, com varanda e hidromassagem. O piso da varanda todo descascado, a parede tbm. Ar condicionado super velho, enferrujado. As portas da varanda enferrujadas, uma foi arrancada e nem repuseram. A banheira encardida e estava entupida, os cobertores super velhos, tinha um abajur quase caindo de torto, a cúpula toda encardida. Terrível.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
