9.0The manger of the relation is very genuine and generous, she offer upgrade because I am loyal customer, the receptionist is polite and professional (Ehsan), I hope I got the name right, she is good and gave me good impression, that's said, other staff in reception as very direct and néd mire flexibility. But this subjective and normal. The spa facility is top notch, yet the prices for Turkis bath is over exaggerated for customers and it is not comparable to the outside top rated Turkish hammam other wise: The facility is superb rooms are good, restaurants food is fresh, cleanliness, swimming pool is indoor and is very big and clean and it is addition to the stay. If you like daily swim this the place. Thermal pool is therapeutic. Cold showers are really cold. Parking area sometimes full but not always. Elevators fast, Air conditioning is above average. Lobby is big but had just coffee and bar, could benefit from other service such as computers or book. I stayed twice at this hotel and I am coming back.
− Not much to be honest. May be only prices of spa services.

− The receiption staff need to welcoming the gust and at least smile ! The room was not new as a 5 starts hotel.
