Esperienza da incubo e pericolo per la salute. Da evitare assolutamente

− Soggiorno da incubo. Siamo arrivati di sabato con mia moglie, un bimbo di un anno e mezzo e il nostro cane. La camera assegnata era letteralmente invasa dalle formiche. Dopo aver segnalato il problema alla direzione, hanno mandato un collaboratore a spruzzare un prodotto chimico in stanza. Nonostante avessi fatto presente la presenza del bambino piccolo e del cane, siamo stati rassicurati che si trattasse di semplice "acqua disinfettante". Una bugia gravissima: il cane ha subito una severa intossicazione a causa del prodotto ed è dovuto rimanere sotto terapia e lavaggi dal veterinario per ben 3 giorni. Abbiamo dovuto abbandonare immediatamente la struttura, con il terrore anche per la salute di nostro figlio che gattona. Come se non bastasse, la direzione ha mostrato una totale mancanza di empatia e professionalità, offrendo un ridicolo rimborso del 20% per un soggiorno non goduto e che ci è costato anche centinaia di euro di spese veterinarie. Struttura pericolosa e gestione vergognosa. Sconsigliatissima, soprattutto per chi viaggia con bambini e animali.
